The aftermath of war is never easy terrain to navigate. Months have passed since Balamb Garden’s heroes have returned home in the wake of Sorceress Ultimecia’s defeat, but the wounds from the devastation haven’t healed over so quickly. The after effects of Time Compression still linger in the population— and in combination with the political tensions that remain at an all-time high between the nations and Gardens, the world continues to be on edge. How long can this uneasy peace last?

[community profile] bluefields is an alternate universe East Asian entertainment GPSL set in the world of Final Fantasy VIII, taking place shortly after the events of the game. The GPSL revolves around Balamb Garden, which remains open as a mobile mercenary academy, continuing on with its purpose of training cadets to become SeeDs.
